Google Docs is not perfect, but let me point out the difference between Microsoft and Google: Microsoft releases software that is as buggy as an open jar of honey on a hot day, and we get all hot and bothered. Google releases yet another product that needs another round or two in the development cycle (it's called "beta"), and we shrug our shoulders and move along unfettered.
